Observed the following food products to be improperly stored: 1) no lids on various seasoning containers in kitchen, 2) various liquor stored on floor in liquor storage closet. Provide for all food products in storage to have proper covers or overhead protection and stored 6" off the floor at all times. (750.120/130) Next Inspection
Observed Styrofoam cup being used to dispense popcorn kernels in dry storage room. Provide suitable dispensing utensils to be used by employees/consumers. (750.280) Re-use of any single service item is also prohibited. Next Inspection
15  Observed the following improper non-food contact surfaces: 1)rust on racks in walk in cooler, 2) rust on racks in second walk in freezer on left, 3) torn gaskets on large salad prep cooler, 4) rust on bottom shelving of galvanized tables with meat slicer and cutting boards, 5) racks in dish washing line at end of counter are of improper surface, 6) rust on racks of alcoholic beverages walk in cooler, 7) rust on racks in chemical storage closet, 8) chipped wood on corner shelves where napkins are stored in hallway. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbent, corrosive resistant, and light colored. Repair, repaint or replace. (750.690) Next Inspection
